Former CEO of Endurance Worldwide Insurance in pledge to grow business
Unitas, the alliance of UK Independent Insurance Brokers, has announced the appointment of Mark Boucher as its Chairman.
Mark was formerly the CEO of Endurance Worldwide Insurance.
Ron Forrest, Chairman of Unitas Alliance commented: “We are absolutely delighted that Mark has chosen to work with Unitas to create this exciting new company. With his wide industry experience, having been in the past the Director of Royal & Sun Alliance’s London Specialist Businesses and a Managing Director in Aon’s London Market International Division, he is ideally placed to maximise the Unitas position in the market and produce better, more competitive products for our clients”.
Boucher added: “With their National UK coverage and premium volumes exceeding £400million, Unitas has an excellent market position which has not been fully leveraged in the past. I expect to build a team to capitalise on the Unitas portfolio to the benefit of the members and their clients”.
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
