High Wycombe-based W Burch & Son has acquired the commercial and personal lines business of Priority Insurance Services.
The latest deal follows the recent acquisition of the commercial and personal lines books of Malcolm H Kent, also based in High Wycombe.
The company said the deal confirmed its intention to consolidate its position in High Wycombe and the surrounding area from its Burch House location in the town.
W Burch and Son is part of the David Fangen Holdings group of companies.
