Wellington Underwriting said today it intends to sell around 10% of its 11.2 million shares in Aspen Insurance Holdings if the second offering of Aspen goes ahead.
Aspen's second offering plans follow receipt of a demand notice from shareholders this week relating to an underwritten offer of shares worth up to $150m (£78m).
Wellington currently has a 16.3% stake in Aspen.
