Willis has named Keith A. Dobrolinsky as national partner of its Captive, Actuarial and Pooling Solutions (CAPS).
Dobrolinsky was formerly president of AJ Gallagher's Midwest Region Public and Non Profit Division, which was responsible for self-insured and pool clients.
Dobrolinsky replaces Guy Ragosta, who leaves Willis to assume a new role as CEO of a company outside the insurance industry.
