It seems there are still brokers and insurers getting the wrong end of the stick about FSA regulation. This time it's over the Treasury's recent order on interim authorisation.
Backchat hears of one broker who thought that FSA regulation would be postponed for 12 months as a result of the order. And it was an insurer that told him.
