Your article, "Dare you discriminate" (Legal Report, 21 October) states the importance of sexual discrimination awareness in the office place.

While I completely agree with the theme, the article is written assuming just women are sexually discriminated against (box heading "What is sexual discrimination").

In my previous job I worked for a major UK general insurer. My manager, a woman at a senior level, was incredibly sexist and would bully one of my co-managers to breaking point.

It has been recently documented in the press that women in positions of power often bully and discriminate against men.

I feel this article was written with a very sexist undertone.
