Zurich has welcomed 11 associates to its newly launched Global Associate Program (GAP) in the UK.

The insurer will recruit a total of 60 associates in 12 countries to the scheme, which offers graduates across the world a structured one-year programme.

GAP is aimed at UK graduates with an MA/MSc or MBA who can speak a a second language. The scheme aims to have graduates in their first management role within three to five years.

Andrew Rolfe, Zurich's Head of Resourcing said: “We have developed this program to meet the needs of graduates who want a very structured and focused way of achieving their international career goals within a clear timescale."

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
