HISTORY
On 31 March 2003 Able Brokers acquired 100% of the share capital of HSBC Select (UK) from HSBC Bank and simultaneously re-named the firm The OutRight Company UK. HSBC Select comprised two insurance broking call centre operations based in Newport, South Wales and Stoke on Trent.
OutRight is based at the Stoke site. It provides branded consumer insurance services for a varied corporate and broker client base alongside its own brand, direct broking operation Auto Direct Insurance Services.

CHIEF OFFICER BIOGRAPHY
Prior to the formation of OutRight, Bob Bright was a main board director of HSBC Insurance Brokers.
Bright had been with HSBC for 25 years before leading the buy-out of the company. Married with two sons, Bright and his wife live in Buckinghamshire.
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
