The AA has appointed AXA marketing and underwriting director Kevin Sinclair as director of AA Insurance.
Sinclair will replace Neale Phillips who has been acting insurance director since reorganisation of the AA following acquisition from Centrica by CVC / Permira.
The company said Phillips would stand down at the end of February. Sinclair's starting date is yet to be confirmed.
