Commercial premium finance provider Aascent has promoted Ed Ferrell to the newly created role of director of sales and operations, with immediate effect.
Ferrell, one of the company's founding partners, was previously Aascent's operations director.
Aascent managing director Kevin O'Flanagan said: “Combining our sales and operations functions into this single role is part of our strategy to merge broker relations and customer service into one dynamic arm of the company.
“Our aim is to be able to guarantee that the promises we make to our customers and their clients are kept, and the service they receive is the best.”
