ACE Europe said it planned to increase its presence in the North East and South East by strengthening its regional underwriting teams.
Business development manager Mick Laws and commercial underwriting managers Peter Locker and Mark Allen will have responsibility for developing ACE's regional expansion of property and casualty business across the UK.
Based in Newcastle, Laws and Locker will focus on developing business across the North East, including the Cumbria region, which was previously managed by ACE Europe's Manchester office.
Allen, who will be based in Maidstone, will focus on Kent and parts of Sussex and Surrey, said ACE Europe.
