AIG has elected Kevin McGinn vice president and chief credit officer.
McGinn will continue to serve as chairman of the Credit Risk Committee, the senior credit policy and credit decision-making authority of AIG.
He also manages AIG's credit risk management department, which is responsible for all credit exposures on a global basis, and serves as chairman of AIG's Country Rating Review Committee.
