Edward B. Jobe has resigned from the board of directors of Alea for 'personal reasons.'
Jobe has served on the board as an independent non-executive director and as a member of the audit committee since September 2004.
In a statement, Alea said it accepted Jobe's resignation with regret, adding 'we greatly appreciate Ed's services to the Group.'
