Allianz Cornhill has announced the appointment of Nick Hall as general manager, Allianz Cornhill Personal with immediate effect.
Allianz said he will lead the ongoing development of the insurer's Personal Insurance business.
Hall joins from RAC, following Norwich Union's recent acquisition of the RAC Group, where he was managing director of their Financial Services business.
Prior to this, he was a divisional managing director with GMAC and before that the retail business director for General Insurance at Commercial Union/CGU.
Hall's appointment follows the return of the previous incumbent, Ruediger Schaefer, to a larger role in Allianz Germany.
