Aon has appointed Olivia Dickson and Paul Manduca to the board as non-executive directors.
Dickson is a member of the Determinations Panel of The Pensions Regulator and a senior adviser to the FSA.
Manduca is currently a non-executive director at Morrison Supermarkets, Development Securities and Henderson Small Companies Investment Trust.
Dennis Mahoney said Dickson and Manduca would "make an invaluable contribution to Aon's future success as we move forward in an increasingly regulated and competitive environment."
