Ascot Underwriting has further strengthened its in-house expertise and business development operations with two new appointments.
Diarmuid Brennan has been appointed to the new position of Syndicate General Manager and Michael Bullock has joined as Business Development Manager.
Ascot Chief Executive Martin Reith said: “We welcome Diarmuid and Michael who will both have key roles to play as we target further growth and the development of market-leading and innovative services for our clients.”
Brennan will be responsible for providing in-house expertise to assist with the manuscripting of policy wording for new clients as well as reviewing large or complex claims.
While Bullock will identify business opportunities and assist the overall development of the Syndicate.
Ascot last month announced that Sir Richard Dearlove, the former head of the British Secret Intelligence Service (MI6), had been appointed as Chairman.
