Insurer William Russell has announced the opening of its Asia Pacific office in Hong Kong.
David Herratt has moved from Lloyd's of London to run the office.
William Russell said Herratt brings with him more than 12 years Hong Kong experience. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).
