AXA has appointed David Williams as claims director with immediate effect following a restructure of its finance, claims and actuarial teams.
It said Williams would assume accountability for AXA’s corporate and operational claims unit and help ensure the company has a fully joined-up claims operation.
Williams will report directly to Andy Fairchild, customer service and claims director, said AXA.
