AXA Insurance has appointed Faran Johnson as its new HR Director.
Johnson will be responsible for conducting a review of the organisational design and effectiveness of Axa's four main operating companies. She will also lead Axa's HR consultancy and communications team.
AXA Insurance chief executive officer Peter Hubbard said: "This appointment gives us the opportunity to create a more co-ordinated UK-wide HR function.
"I believe that Faran's wealth of experience in the worlds of HR, organisational development and business and cultural integration, will play a key role in ensuring that our strategy continues to remain on track."
