AXA has appointed two new members to its executive committee.
John R. Dacey joins as group regional chief executive officer for Japan Asia-Pacific. Frank Keuper, chief executive officer of AXA Konzern (Germany), is also appointed to the AXA Group executive committee.
John R. Dacey has held positions as chief financial officer and most recently head of strategy at Winterthur Group. In his new role he takes over all the executive responsibilities previously held by Philippe Donnet who remains non-executive chairman of the board of AXA Japan Holdings.
Frank Keuper, appointed to the position of chief executive officer of the AXA Konzern AG on September 13, 2006, will report to Alfred Bouckaert, group regional chief executive officer for Northern and Eastern Europe.
