BDML Holdings has appointed Paul Cosh as managing director of its personal lines intermediary BDML Connect.
The appointment will see current managing director, Sandy Dunn, stepping aside to become chairman and chief executive.
Prior to his appointment Cosh was a consultant for several leading brokers.
Dunn said: "We are delighted to have someone of Paul's calibre join us. I believe this underlines our determination to continue to grow our business, and Paul's experience will allow us greater scope to take advantage of the many opportunities that exist in the fast changing personal lines market."
