Risk management group Bland Bankart has appointed Karen Elwell as its new Finance Director.
Elwell has over 15 years accounting experience. Previously she was a finance director at another major financial services company.
Chairman Philip Bland said: "We are an expanding company with ambitions to double turnover by 2005.
"The Group was re-structured earlier this year into three operating divisions and Karen will play an important role in the development and implementation of solid operating and financial platforms on which our future growth can be based."
