Budget Insurance Services has added Norwich Union to its household panel.
The insurer will be the eleventh underwriter on the Budget panel, operating on a common policy basis.
Budget product development director Simon Jackson said: "We have recently introduced full EDI capability allowing us to work with more partners.
"We have been working together for several months to profile a product and work on a suitable pricing strategy, which reflects the Budget brand and those of our affinity partners.
"The Norwich Union product will be broad based, targeted across the market."
With Budget's household panel having just 18 months in the market, sources at Budget say they expect to be expanding their panel further in the coming months.
