Royal & SunAlliance (R&SA) has appointed Mike Canniffe as director of its corporate division, with effect from 1 September.
Canniffe joins from GE Consumer Finance, where he had responsibility for setting strategic direction throughout Europe.
R&SA said Canniffe would have responsibility for driving forward commercial's mid market business.
