AXA's director of corporate partnerships, Lee Gladwell, is to join Capita Insurance Services.
Gladwell will join Capita in June to direct its business development operations.
In his new role at Capita he will be responsible for the organisation's account development teams and will aim to expand the business.
Capita Insurance Services managing director William Dye said: "We are delighted to welcome Lee to the company. He has an impressive track record in working in partnership with clients to develop and implement innovative insurance solutions."
