Catlin Underwriting Agencies has appointed Christophe Chandler to the post of class underwriter in its reinsurance business group.
Chandler will underwrite non-marine excess of loss reinsurance business, including property catastrophe reinsurance, on behalf of Lloyd's syndicate 2003.
