Mark Ricciardelli, chief executive of Alea Group Holdings, which is in runoff, has resigned.
Ricciardelli is to leave the company at the end of August to "pursue other interests", the company said.
He will be replaced by Mark Cloutier, who most recently was president and CEO of Overseas Partners Re.
In addition, Kirk Lusk, chief operating officer and chief financial officer, and Mark Cloutier have been named executive directors of Alea, effective 1 September.
