Chubb Insurance has appointed Andrew McKee as manager of its London operation and Andy Francis as UK & Ireland marketing manager.

McKee's main responsibilities will be the development of the total portfolio in London and for overseeing the strategic development of the branch.

He joined Chubb in 1992 and has held a number of roles first in Ireland and then the UK, mostly in property insurance. In 2001, Andrew was appointed to run the Chubb UK and Ireland commercial insurance operation.

Francis' main responsibilities will be to lead the sales culture internally and externally with responsibility for rolling out sales and marketing initiatives across the business areas and implementing best in the UK & Ireland.

Francis joined Chubb in 1995. Since 2005, Andy has held the combined role of Birmingham branch manager alongside running the regional UK & Ireland specialty insurance operation.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
