Chubb makes regional appointments

Chubb Insurance has appointed Andy Francis as UK and Ireland regional CSI manager and said Neil McCarthy would be promoted to the position of UK and Ireland regional technical manager.

Francis was previously Midland branch development manager for Chubb while McCarthy worked within the CSI division in Manchester.
