The CII has awarded NFU Mutual accreditation for its in-house technical induction training, which it offers to its employees.
CII training advisory service manager, Tamzin Mills, said NFU Mutual was to be applauded for the quality of its training courses.
The training is aimed at new agents appointed by the insurer, as well as at claims and underwriting staff, said NFU Mutual. The courses cover motor, commercial, personal and equine insurance.
