Insurance claims handling led the way with a 100% pass rate at April's Certificate of Insurance examination session, the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) has announced.
The CII said 2,592 exam passes for the seven certificate units were achieved with all 374 candidates passing the insurance claims handling process (IF4) unit.
In total 687 candidates accumulated sufficient credits to be awarded the certificate and, if CII members, apply to use the designation Cert CII, it said.
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
