More highly qualified staff are required to build sustained confidence in the UK insurance market, according to delegates at the CII conference.

In an audience poll, 45% of those questioned said more highly qualified staff was the answer to building confidence in the industry.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
