CII has been awarded accreditation from the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority for three new qualifications.
They are:
· Certificate in Financial Planning for financial advisers
· Certificate in Mortgage Advice for standard mortgage advisers
· Certificate in Financial Planning and Lifetime Mortgage Activities for financial advisers also advising on lifetime mortgages
The new qualifications will be launched at the end of October with the first examinations to be held in January 2005.
The Financial Planning Certificate (FPC) examinations will be offered until July 2005 to enable existing candidates to complete their qualifications.
