The Compensation Group is moving to bigger offices at Luncliffe Hall in Lancaster - a move it says will enable it to double its workforce to 100 people.
The personal injury litigation and household claims specialist said it acquired the property, which cost £800,000, because it had outgrown its Kendal offices and found it difficult to recruit new staff.
Chairman Tim Schools commented: "We simply outgrew the offices in Kendal and found it increasingly difficult to recruit in the area due to low levels of unemployment.
"We have an aggressive expansion plan in place and Luncliffe Hall meets our space requirements while providing us with wider scope for recruitment."
The company will be moving offices this month.
