Industry standards body Polaris has appointed Coversure Insurance's Mark Coverdale as chairman of its new Intermediary Advisory Forum (IAF).
Coverdale will lead the forum, which advises Polaris and IBM on market infrastructure initiatives, Polaris E-Market.
Coverdale said: "I am looking forward to the role. For E-Market to be successful it is critical that Polaris is able to take on board the views and understand the issues facing the intermediary channel.
"My job will be to make sure the views of the forum members and the broader community are channelled into Polaris".
The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
