Cox Insurance has appointed a non-executive director, John MacIntosh, with immediate effect.
MacIntosh, a Canadian, is managing director of Warburg Pincus International LLC, based in London.
Warburg Pincus Ventures LLP, which owns 23.28% of Cox, has the right to appoint two non-executive directors to the board. MacIntosh will join Howard Newman on the Cox board, as Warburg Pincus' second director.
