Cox Insurance Holdings has announced that its group finance director, Richard Brewster, has resigned.
Cox Insurance Holdings announced that its group finance director, Richard Brewster, has resigned.
He will be replaced by James Morley, the appointment taking effect from 10 June.
The company said Brewster's contribution had been key in helping to drive through the recent refinancing, but that he has now determined that his future lies outside of Cox.
Cox chairman Peter Owen said: "Following the successful restructuring and refinancing of Cox Insurance, completed earlier this month, I am delighted to welcome James Morley to the team and am looking forward to working with him to take this business forward. I wish Richard Brewster every success in the future."
