Loss adjuster Crawford has appointed John Buckle as its UK liability operations manager.
Buckle will work alongside Jeff Stagg who has recently taken up a position as UK liability technical manager.
The new team, which will have overall responsibility for the company's liability service, will report to operations managing director Benedict Burke.
Burke said: "I am delighted that John has taken on this new role. John has an excellent understanding of the liability claims market and the needs of our customers. During his time at Crawford he has demonstrated strong people leadership and financial awareness skills.
"Under the combined leadership of John and Jeff I am confident there will be further significant enhancement of our liability offering both in terms of service delivery and cost effectiveness."
