South Wales-based insurance broker Culver Holdings has appointed John K Tate as a director of its principal operating subsidiary Culver Insurance Brokers.
Tate was also appointed as a member of the group's advisory board.
Prior to his appointment, Tate held a number of senior positions at HSBC Bank.
Culver Holdings has also announced the retirement of non-executive director Bruce Fireman. It said Richard Read would continue as non-executive chairman.
