Dawson steps down from Cox board

Cox Insurance Holdings has confirmed that Michael Dawson, executive director and former chief executive of the company has resigned from the board.

A Cox statement added that Dawson would work with the group on a consultancy basis and remain a director of the subsidiary managing agency for at least the next 12 months.
