Dual International, the underwriting agency specialising in Professional Indemnity insurance, has acquired Ace Corporate Risks.
The deal, for an undisclosed sum, will see both businesses operating under the name of Dual Corporate Risks. XL London Market's Syndicate 1209 will provide insurance capacity.
Russell Kilpatrick will continue as managing director and has been appointed a director of Dual International.
Luis Muñoz-Rojas, Dual International managing director said: "We have enjoyed a strong relationship with Russell and his team for a number of years now.
"Their expertise in underwriting D&O and PI will strengthen our presence in the London marketplace as we focus on capturing the growing demand for UK and International SME business."
