RAC Auto Windscreens has set new managing director Bill Duffy the task of improving customer service and growing market share by developing broader and deeper relationships with the fleet and insurance industries.
Duffy, who was managing director of Lex Commercials, another division of RAC plc, will also have responsibility for completing the integration of the business with its parent. RAC acquired the Auto Windscreens business in 2001.
"RAC Auto Windscreens offers a first class service to individual motorists and corporate customers in the fleet and insurance sectors. I have inherited a sound platform to build upon with a strong team and an excellent set of customers," said Duffy.
"This is an exciting time to be joining the company and we have ambitious plans for the future."
