Nick Sealy has been appointed the next chairman of Ecclesiastical Insurance Office and Ecclesiastical Insurance Group.
Sealy's appointment will be effective from 26 June. He will take over from current chairman Mark Cornwall-Jones who is retiring this year.
Sealy was appointed to the board of Ecclesiastical in 1999 and is a non-executive director and former chairman of financial services firm, Smith & Williamson.
