Support services company Enterprise has acquired the entire share capital of Durley, which includes Countrywide Property Inspections and Build Assured, to form its new insurance division.
Durley said the acquisition would enable the group and its existing management team to enter into a period of significant growth, further developing its range of products and services to the insurance industry and exploring opportunities in related market sectors. .
