Fraud detection company Absolute Customer Management has announced the appointment of Leah Scott-Allen as its first client relationship manager.
The company uses cognitive interviewing and other psychological techniques to establish the validity of claims.
Scott-Allen joins from accident repair management company Motorcare UK.
