Barlow Lyde & Gilbert has announced that Ian Mason, head of the enforcement division's wholesale group at the FSA, is joining the firm as a partner in its financial services regulatory team.
Mason joined the FSA in 1999 and led the team that produced the enforcement section of the FSA Handbook, as well as developing the internal processes and procedures used by FSA staff in investigations.
