Smart and Cook has appointed Matthew Gibson as group financial controller. Gibson will work with group finance director Ian Shay to develop acquisition plans for the group.
Gibson joins the firm from ISA International, having previously been at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Ian Shay said: "Matthew's role will be very much focused on supporting our plans for the future growth of the business through the acquisition of successful companies in key areas."
