Ricky Taylor has joined FMW as marketing co-ordinator.
Taylor joins from Leagold.
Jelf Insurance Brokers
Jelf Insurance Brokers has announced two senior management promotions:
Former managing director Gary Chandler now takes on the new role of executive director, responsible for developing and implementing Jelf's insurance activities.
Former director Gina Dixon succeeds Chandler as managing director, and will be responsible for operations.
Marsh
Marsh has appointed Martin Caddick as leader of its business continuity management team in London.
Caddick has previously held a variety of senior management roles at business consulting firms, including more recently Fujitsu Consulting, where he worked to develop its European consulting and application services business.
Glencairn
Glencairn has appointed Paul Chalk as head of IT, replacing Jim Jackson, who is leaving Glencairn to pursue postgraduate studies.
Chalk joins following 17 years at Marsh, where he was latterly projects director for the London market sector.
Goss
Goss has promoted James Cooper to director.
Cooper was previously associate director responsible for operations in Reading.
Priestley & Partners
Debbie Stoneley has joined Priestley & Partners as account development executive.
Stoneley joins from Alexander Forbes Risk Services in Manchester, where she was an associate director.
Insurer
Amlin
Peter Tavner has been appointed deputy group actuary within Amlin's in-house team.
Tavner joins from the Lloyd's market risk and reserving unit, where he managed an 11-strong team in developing and delivering the risk based capital system to the Lloyd's market.
In his new role Tavner will be responsible for further developing Amlin's dynamic financial analysis model.
Legal
Antony Hodari
Antony Hodari has appointed Robert MacLeod as head of corporate development.
MacLeod was previously business development manager at Horwich Farrelly Solicitors in Manchester.
Barlow Lyde & Gilbert
Barlow Lyde & Gilbert has appointed Leigh Williams and Tim Kenefick to its reinsurance and international risk team.
Williams, who joins this month, was previously a barrister at insurance and reinsurance law chambers 7 King's Bench Walk, before working at a City law firm for five years.
Kenefick, who will join in January, is currently a barrister at 7 King's Bench Walk.
Both will re-qualify as solicitors in the near future.

Multiassistance
Ifti Adam has joined Multiassistance as finance and administration manager.
Adam, who is a chartered accountant, has previously worked for Vivendi SA and Sodexho SA.

Carole Lowe
Broker Goss & Co has promoted Carole Lowe to managing director.
Lowe will replace Jeremy Wilson in the role, who now becomes chief executive responsible for formulating and rolling out Goss's general insurance division's strategy and business objectives.
Lowe has been with the firm for 22 years. with roles including responsibility for HR.
As managing director she will have operational responsibility for general insurance business and the day-to-day management of the Reading office. Goss's other offices are in Guildford, Newton Abbot and Cheltenham.
Lowe said: "The board restructure is another important step in the firm's dynamic growth.
"I am confident we can continue the momentum, building on the historic strength we have in the Thames Valley, and driving Goss into an exciting new phase."
In her spare time Lowe enjoys swimming.
She is also a local youth leader and a member of Rotary.
