Loss adjusting firm Maxson Young has appointed Glyn Weare as manager of its London office. Weare was formerly managing director of Horace Holman International and will concentrate on business development and servicing the existing customer base, as well as introducing the Netclaims web-based interactive computer system to the London Market.

Ray Kuhler has been appointed executive director with responsibility for developing new distribution channels. He joins from the Skandia Group, where he was director of business devolpment.

Restoration company Chem-Dry UK has appointed Julie Glendinning as its new customer service centre manager.
She will manage a staff of more than 50, with responsibilty for call centre claims administration and customer service operations.
