CNA Insurance Company (Europe) has appointed Andy Dore as professional indemnity underwriter.
Bringing with him over 15 years' experience in professional indemnity, he joins CNA from Markel Syndicate 702 at Lloyd's, where he spent six years underwriting and managing the service operation of the company.
Stirling Cooke
Lloyd's broker Stirling Cooke has appointed Anthony McCallum, managing director of the company's London reinsurance intermediary operations.
He brings with him 24 years' experience in the London reinsurance market, 17 of which were spent at Carpenter Bowring UK, the London-based international reinsurance broker subsidiary of Marsh & McLennan.

DLA
International law firm DLA has announced the expansion of its aviation practice into Asia and Latin America.
Paul Freeman is joining as a partner in DLA's well-established Hong Kong office. Paul will work with existing London-based partner Nigel Wright and will spearhead the development of professional aviation lawyers in Hong Kong.

Duncan Anderson and Carys Jones join 21 other new Watson Wyatt partners.
Anderson joined the firm in 1990 and is involved in the statistical premium rating of personal lines business.
Jones joined Watson Wyatt in 1996 and advises UK and international financial institution on mergers and acquisitions, financial management and embedded value reporting.

Acoat Bodyshop Services has appointed the first of eight new regional managers to be appointed across the country before the end of the year.
Jonathan Mann joins to cover the Scotland and Northern Ireland region. He was previously engineering manager for CCC International for Scotland and the north of England.

Glass's Information Services has announced the appointment of Gordon Reid to head up its bodyshop and insurance division in the UK.
Reid will carry the title of commercial director and replaces Jean Thompson, who has been promoted to head up the bodyshop and insurance business unit in Europe for Eurotaxglass's.
